Eco WorkSpace was founded in August 2018 with the objective of providing Eco Friendly desk rental custom solutions for local, national and international businesses. With the success of Eco WorkSpace’s desk rental business, it has expanded into building and leasing eco friendly commercial and Industrial buildings to local, national and international businesses.

Over the past 3 years, eco workspace has instituted eco friendly building solutions throughout its buildout process including lightening installation, energy distribution, drainage flows and water distribution, daily operational economics and much more.

Eco Workspace’s company portfolio includes Industrial Warehouses for lease and Desk rentals with several national, local and international tenants. While continuing to grow its portfolio, Eco WorkSpace maintains its high quality locations with the lowest possible environmental footprint, while still delivering the most enterprise value to its current and future customers.
